The manager will be responsible for processing Purchase Orders through QuickBooks, tracking inventory using Excel and follow up with the suppliers for any changes in pricing, ETAs or availability status. Aligning other department such as Sales of any pricing changes on raw materials is vital in order to keep Bill Of Materials up to date. Organizational skills must be a top priority in order to successfully keep track of all materials and accessories to ensure a smooth production process. Create and submit PO for materials required for production and according to inventory management plan. 2+ years of management experience preferred.
