Description Assist the Store Manager with the following tasks: Manage the sales floor. Keep up visual standards. Perform opening and closing routines, including opening and closing the store and registers, executing deposits, and receiving shipments. Assist in developing associates at all levels. Help build a cohesive team based on the store's needs. Follow and execute daily goals and directions for the shift. Incorporate Loss Prevention and Safety messages into daily operations. Retail experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude. Ability to train, lead, and develop staff. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret floor plans, safety rules, and operating instructions. Ability to perform cash register functions. Manage priorities and time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work part-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to move and lift store merchandise. Stylish with a love for fashion.
