Primary Objective: The primary objective as a member of store management is to provide our customers with quality team service, clean and organized surroundings in accordance to the company standards and instructions; sharing the responsibility and accountability for sales performance, productivity of staff, loss prevention, merchandising, safety and operating functions of the store while in charge. Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and systematically meet all deadlines imposed by the corporate office and store management while delivering quality team service. Requires extensive standing and walking. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 months of supervisory experience (as a key carrier, shift lead, team lead) in a similar retail environment or a minimum of 6 weeks of experience as sales/cashier at Melrose. Gold & Platinum Stores - Must be a minimum of 18 years and out of high school.
