Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.Demonstrated Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed individual and store performance goals.Experience in Training and Sales Management to support coaching, leading by example, and guiding team performance.Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Comfort with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and basic retail operations.Reliable, team-oriented work style with a focus on accountability and positive attitude.Previous retail or specialty store experience is preferred; leadership experience in a customer-facing environment is a plus.
