Role Description The PT Sales Lead is a part-time, on-site role based in Louisville, KY, responsible for supporting daily store operations and driving sales performance. This role assists in leading the sales floor, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that guests have a welcoming, brand-right experience. The PT Sales Lead helps guide team members during shifts, supports training on product knowledge and selling behaviors, and promotes add-on and suggestive selling. Day-to-day activities include engaging customers, helping maintain merchandise presentation and store cleanliness, processing transactions accurately, and following company policies and procedures. The PT Sales Lead may also assist with opening and closing responsibilities, basic reporting, and supporting promotions or in-store events.

Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, teammates, and store leadership.Customer Service skills to create positive, memorable shopping experiences and resolve concerns professionally.Sales skills to meet and exceed store sales goals through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and relationship building.Training and Sales Management skills to help coach team members on selling techniques, service standards, and store processes.Previous retail or specialty store experience preferred, especially in a supervisory or key holder capacity.Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to learn brand and product offerings is essential.
