Drive foot traffic to the project and handle all marketing functions under the leadership of the Vice President of Marketing. · Actively pursue and assist in creating suitable and on-brand events, activations and promotions for Legacy West that elevate the brand and drive traffic, awareness, and sales. · Track and oversee tenant participation for marketing events on property, develop relationships with store management and corporate marketing, and work on property marketing events from concept to completion. · Manage project Retail Report, working in coordination with the Property Manager and Leasing team to provide a high-level monthly report on the overall project performance with a focus on Sales and Foot traffic. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
