Our offices are located in the Logan Square area of the city and our portfolio of properties are scattered throughout the City of Chicago. This open property manager role will be handling multiple properties on the South side of Chicago and in the Garfield Park area. Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit. Secures property by contracting with security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
