Role Description We are seeking a full-time Prom Lead for our Virginia Beach, VA location. Qualifications • Experience in retail management, client relations, and customer service • Strong organizational skills, inventory management, and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with designer prom wear and formal clothing is a plus • Prior experience in the fashion industry is beneficial • Minimum of a year in retail
