Role and Responsibilities of Project Supervisor:

As a Team Leader, your role is to drive sales, enhance customer service, and ensure smooth store operations. You will collaborate with store management to ensure the store meets high standards and create a positive store environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure size availability to maximize sales potential and meet customer expectations.
• Ensure the store is well-organized and fully stocked, providing an inviting shopping experience for customers.
• Assign tasks and manage schedules to ensure colleagues are productive and focused on key tasks.
• Oversee customer-facing areas, ensuring a fast, friendly, and efficient shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist with opening and closing store operations, ensuring smooth daily processes.
• Handle customer service feedback, resolve customer issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Provide coaching and motivation to your team, offering continuous feedback and support.
• Ensure operational tasks, including pricing, markdowns, signage, and safety checks, are completed accurately and on time.

Required Skills and Experience of Project Supervisor:
• Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of managing and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to confidently address and resolve issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving capabilities to adapt to store and customer needs quickly.
• Clear communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management effectively.
• Experience using retail technologies such as POS systems, cash registers, and self-checkouts.
• Fluency in English to communicate with customers, managers, and colleagues.
