Project Manager – Visual Merchandising Operations (Contract) Our client is looking for a highly organized Project Manager of Visual Merchandising Operations to support a global brand’s in-store marketing across retail and wholesale channels in North America. This role sits at the intersection of design, production, and project execution—driving forward seasonal display rollouts, store openings, events, and visual merchandising strategy. About the Role: Key Responsibilities: • Own all aspects of VM project execution across GTM, retail events, and store buildouts • Manage timelines, track milestones, and coordinate across internal teams and external vendors • Serve as the liaison between creative, marketing, operations, and legal to keep all moving parts aligned • Maintain the master visual merchandising calendar and drive cross-functional clarity on deliverables • Review budgets, lead project briefings, issue POs, and partner on vendor contracts and legal approvals • Lead a small team, set goals, provide performance feedback, and support their development • Collaborate on best-in-class visual merchandising strategies that reflect market trends and brand goals
