PROJECT MANAGER - TALENT DEI & LEARNING

The Project Manager of Talent DEI & Learning  will be a key member of the Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) & Learning team, contributing to the successful implementation, review and ongoing improvement of our programs. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:Manage the implementation of a portfolio of medium to large projects and initiatives across the organization's departments Develop and implement project management templates, processes and best practices using agile and other project management methodologies Create full-scale project plans, schedules and associated communications documents for projects Manage end-to-end projects from project initiation to project close Define clear project scope, goals, deliverables and success metrics Define milestones and resources required for each project Track progress of deliverables and ensure milestone achievement Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and issues, and devise contingency plans Lead meetings and set the right expectations for contract project teams Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs and support business goals Evaluate and assess results of project post completion Manage Champions across the business - providing updates, challenges and providing opportunities for feedback and input into programs Assist with maintaining existing and assist with building new channels to engage and share information on topics Partner with Communications to regularly communicate internal and external initiatives, events, and progress Develop a cadence of meetings and reporting for projects with partners (Talent, HR Mgrs. Talent Acquisition project manager) Support external communication and benchmarking including the submission of surveys, benchmarks, key awards and reporting Proactively obtain critical information from co-workers and leaders when needed and provide prompt and accurate information to others when requested Manage time and resources efficiently by being organized and deadline oriented Lead meetings and set the right expectations for contract project teams Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs and support business goals Evaluate and assess results of project post completion
