We’re looking for a highly organized Project Manager to support our founder and studio across multiple high-level design projects—from fashion and uniforms to interiors, events, and client services. This is a key role that blends operational precision with creative awareness. You’re a Strong Fit If You Are: • Experienced in managing creative or production workflows (3-5+ years in fashion, interiors, events, or luxury branding preferred) • Naturally organized, proactive, and calm under pressure • A clear, polished communicator with high emotional intelligence • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Tech-savvy with tools like Asana, Google Drive, and Slack • Graceful when navigating different working styles and timelines Role Structure & Requirements • Full-time W2 employee or freelance/contract role • Location: Based in the Seattle/Kirkland area • This is primarily an in-person position, especially when the creative director is in the studio or client-facing work is active • Some travel may be required for events or vendor visits • Hybrid flexibility is available during certain phases, particularly when the creative director is traveling or project timelines allow Application Question(s): • Will you be able to reliably commute to Kirkland or Seattle, WA for this job?
