The Digital Operations Project Manager will lead the planning and delivery of Tapestry Digital Operations Team’s projects, bandwidth, and roadmap. They will be responsible for developing the technology and process approach to create and communicate an effective roadmap and calendar of deliverables across all Digital Operations efforts. Adopt and own the Digital Operations roadmap(s) Define the communication strategy for all team calendars to internal team and brand stakeholders Project manage all Digital Operations tasks tickets in coordination with IT, Product, Creative, and other stakeholders Refine project management processes to efficiently scale the team bandwidth and efficiencies Identify, assess, and communicate brand pain points and team bottlenecks in order to improve processes and efficient project throughput Analyze and report on team efforts and metrics to improve efficiencies and scale of work across teams The accomplished individual will possess...
