This role is responsible for project management, execution, and delivery of corporate applications projects, from inception to stabilization/steady state. The Project Manager is also expected to bring subject matter expertise and be responsible for business analysis activities, gathering requirements and supporting solutions design around corporate technologies in business areas such as HR, Audit & Risk Management and LegalPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and other members of the business, and IT teams to manage projects as well as gather and document requirements as needed.Participate in full-cycle business analysis projects and solution review sessions. Report business concerns to senior team members.Provide support for the implementation and coordinate with testing teams to incorporate the established plans into testing processesWork with senior team members to develop detailed testing scripts for team members to follow during testing of fixes and enhancementsAs needed, work with and coordinate tasks with global teams located in multiple geographical locations/time zonesAbility to work independently and follow the SDLC process according to PVH standards; Work closely with the PVH PMO team to ensure requirements are being metManage multiple Global HR Integration projects working with internal IT and business teams as well as external vendors.Position may require local travel between various locations and its affiliatesPosition may require participating in meetings outside of normal business hours including occasional evenings and/or weekends.Interfacing with testing teams to incorporate plans for automationPreparing and presenting status updates for various projects________________________________________________________________QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience: 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams to deliver corporate technology projects with a primary focus on HR applications like Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP and other corporate areas such as Audit & Risk Management, Legal etc.,5+ years of business analysis experience creating business requirement documents and coordinating testing with business and vendors.Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience with larger enterprises/SDLC processes.Experience working in a matrix environment and ability to lead project team(s) through influenceDemonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior management and business stakeholdersExperience communicating and presenting technical concepts to non-technical audienceExperience with Agile Project Management methodologies and Product Management mindset.Education:College degree in programming/systems, computer science, or specialized training, certification, or equivalent work experience.Skills: Dynamic team player with the ability to collaborate with in and across teams and departmentsAbility to learn new technologies and evaluate multiple technologies to solve a problemExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsGood written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong work ethic and entrepreneurial spiritSomeone with a sharp eye for data analysis, who is able to present his/her findings in a clear concise wayUnderstand business practices and project methodologies.
