Adecco Creative & Marketing is looking for a Project Manager in the Cincinnati, OH area to help plan and lead a key transformational project across multiple divisions of the largest retailer in the supermarket realm. The Project Manager will serve as an internal consultant to colleagues and work with leaders and stakeholders to understand business process objectives, potential changes, challenges, and areas in need of assessment and/or improvement. The Project Manager will drive process improvement initiatives, analyses, and recommendations across stores, regions, functions, and operations. The Project Manager will lead store teams in the planning, implementation, and execution of initiatives. Review and improve the implementation of process improvement across divisions Evaluate data-gathering processes and identify improvement strategies Develop, lead, and drive the cross-functional plan for implementations.
