PROJECT MANAGER

Title – Project Manager Company Description- Consumer, Retail, Fashion Location- New York, NY Responsibilities/Requirements- Seeking a Project Manager to design, refine, and manage our go to market and launch process for new collections and products. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally with nearly every team in the company and delight customers by executing flawless launches of one of a kind eyewear. Key Responsibilities: Managing our go-to-market process for new collections and physical products from ideation through launch Creating timelines and key deliverables for each launch and tracking progress toward milestones Holding stakeholders accountable to delivering what’s necessary for a launch and ensuring that all teams know what’s expected of them and when Orchestrating cross-functional meetings to ensure that problems are surfaced and worked through in real time Diving deep when a project is at risk and working closely with team members to creatively problem solve Reporting on successes and failures post-launch and leading retrospectives to ensure that the organization learns from its mistakes Helping stakeholders manage and make decisions on our merchandise calendar and roadmap Required Skills and Experience 3-5 years’ experience in a similar project management role, ideally for a fast-paced emerging direct-to-consumer brand Highly organized and detail-oriented Assertive and not afraid to communicate when a project may be at risk, regardless of the reason High level of EQ, able to work with a wide variety of different types of people and teams from product development to marketing Excellent communication skills, able to synthesize several different issues into one unified statement High levels of curiosity and initiative – you want to understand how things work and take action when something prevents them from working as they should
