BUSINESS IMPACT STATEMENT Partners with business units to ensure company objectives are being met and that timely, consistent and accurate communication is being provided to the appropriate audience. Identifies and implements improvements to communication tools and processes. Ensure materials are on time and within budget. Store communications Develop, implement and maintain the store great room communication strategy including providing versioned store communication updates as needed Develop, implement and maintain a Kohl's TV content and process strategy Partner with various corporate and field teams to ensure updated Kohl's TV content is created and pushed to all stores on schedule Track store usage of store-specific Kohl's TV content Preferred Experience in a retail environment.
