Job Summary: The Program Specialist plays a key role in supporting the continued expansion of The Store’s customer services, including the Resource Navigation program and in-house supportive programs. The Program Specialist conducts intake assessments, coordinates referrals, supports community partnerships, and assists with grant-related programs such as Project Diabetes. This position also provides direct customer service, data management, and Spanish language interpretation as needed as well as serving as a back-up to the intake specialist. • Coordinate with clinics, providers, and community organizations to support program delivery. • Provide Spanish language support to assist non-English-speaking customers with clarity and care.
