Job Description Summary: This role will be responsible for the operational development of the Digital Fashion Academy, contribute to reporting on the available market for the program, developing curriculum specific to workforce, supporting leveling activities within the college's microcredit and badging system, presenting to Curriculum and Programs committee, liaising with employers, actively recruiting new partners, and leading and training future support staff. • Liaise with appropriate internal and external vendor teams to ensure delivery of critical resources to the Fashion Incubator • Conduct critical research as needed or requested to support the growth and development of the Digital Fashion Academy • Provide teaching and mentoring services to students in a manner which does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, protected veteran status, political affiliation, or other protected categories.
