The Program Manager is the lead point of contact for all matters related to their assigned account(s). They serve to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow the business within these accounts. A Program Manager must understand a client’s needs and deliver client focused solutions to satisfy these needs, while also meeting the needs of the company. All Candidates must be able to provide work related references.
