Role and Responsibilities of Program Leader:

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and overseeing daily store operations. You will work alongside store management to ensure the store is running efficiently and providing the best experience for both customers and team members.
• Maintain stock levels to meet customer demand and maximize sales potential.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-merchandised, and fully stocked with products.
• Delegate tasks and manage schedules to ensure colleagues are focused and productive.
• Ensure customers have a friendly, efficient, and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Support daily store operations including opening, closing, and other duties as required.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Coach and motivate your team, providing feedback, recognition, and development support.
• Ensure operational tasks such as pricing, signage, markdowns, and safety checks are completed accurately and on time.

Required Skills and Experience of Program Leader:
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues confidently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to meet customer and store demands.
• Clear communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Experience using retail technologies such as POS systems, cash registers, and handheld devices.
• Fluency in English to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

• Salary range: $24 – $27 per hour, depending on experience and location.
