Responsible for supporting the Creative Services group with sample preparation, and brand-right on-model styling, as well as still-life (laydowns, mannequin, ghost mannequins, etc.) Constantly manages work efforts to align with production timeline Oversees all the sample prep (i.e steaming, styling, props, etc.) Drive fittings with talent and brand/product team/merchandising representatives Coordinating with hair and makeup stylists, talent, and others involved to ensure that the overall look is cohesive and appropriate Log model specs and size for future use Manage multiple projects at once and adjust plans as needed to accommodate last-minute changes Comfortable with busy, repetitive workflow and being on feet for long periods of time Assist with the movement of physical product through the studio Travel as needed to external photoshoots Other duties as identified and assigned Flexible and able to deal with deadlines Eye for detail, eager to learn, hands-on attitude A keen eye for the latest trends Confidence, determination and drive A strong passion and knowledge of the fashion industry and trends Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Sound knowledge of project management/workflow technology; ShotFlow and StyleShoot preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of related experience. Able to stand and move around for long periods at a time Must be able to move products through the studio environment – physical strength and able to lift 35 pounds regularly To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require now, or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
