Office Support Physically manages Samples (PD, PR, Ad and Fabric) Runs reports (EDW/ KP2 and OnePLM) Maintains workspace, sample library, processes mail, filing and may support calendars Assists with meeting set up and take down Production Be an expert in OnePLM: Executes Style set up and maintenance Updates Trim sheet in PLM Prepares, submits and enters manual submit comments Systemically manages external sample tracking and distribution with vendors Enters in buy plan information As appropriate, execute packaging needs, including follow up & approval submissions As needed, process NOCs Problem Solving & Analysis Maintain office processes Prioritize business critical needs Elevate issues that potentially impact business results Decision Making/Autonomy/Influence Understand who the decision maker is and partner accordingly Communication Maintain timely and accurate communication Attend CFT meetings as appropriate Network with peers Required Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google drive office suite Preferred Previous retail experience Previous administrative experience Special Requirements May include local travel Must be able to lift 25lbs
