Production Seamstress / Sample Maker – Women’s Fashion Brand

Colleen Marie is an emerging women’s fashion brand focused on feminine, elevated pieces designed to feel effortless and expressive. This role is ideal for someone experienced in working with stretch fabrics, lace, and detailed garments, and who can help bring designs to life with precision. Responsibilities Construct garments from tech packs and/or reference samples Assist in sample development and fit adjustments Execute small production runs with consistent quality Work with fabrics such as stretch swim, mesh, lace, and satin Ensure clean finishing, proper stitching, and durability Communicate on construction details and improvements Experience in garment construction (professional or advanced level) Experience with swimwear or stretch fabrics strongly preferred Ability to follow tech packs and measurements accurately Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable and able to meet deadlines Based in Miami or nearby
