Responsibilities: • Issue production purchase orders on time via SAP • Submit purchase orders to vendor on time • Evaluate & Update delivery dates by warehouse – alert cross functional partners of potential issues • Update system to ensure SAP is always up to date, maintain delay reason codes • Ensure with the merch & PD teams that accurate information is entered and adopted in PLM prior to any PO placement (i.e. deliveries are correct, costing and allocation is added and adopted is complete in a timely manner to ensure ease of SAP flow) • Maintain communication with overseas suppliers as well as overseas office about deliveries, delays, open issues, etc. Requirements: • BS/BA degree • 1-2 years experience in a related field • Knowledge of SAP is required • Strong written & verbal communication skills. • Capable of maintaining organization while handling multiple projects & priorities.
