PRODUCTION MANAGER, PINK SPORT / SWIM - Hybrid

As a Production Manager, you will manage multiple books of business. The Production Manager manages the Production & Sourcing category team in achieving business performance objectives, by focusing on time, quality, deliveries at the right cost, with the required speed and flexibility in support of the brand strategy. Support direct reports with PO creation issues, changes, and problem-solving delivery callouts Engage and elevate risk level if Product Readiness is not complete for orders due Manage priorities of direct reports and CF teams Facilitate calendars deliverables with team members Ensure timely pass off of deliverables and engage with CF leaders when needed Recognize when a situation needs escalated Assist onboarding new Western Hemisphere vendors as needed Liabilities/Cancelations: Reconcile and communicate topside RM ownership and risk with CF leaders Provide leadership with trends and details based on alignment/collaboration with brand leaders Influence brand leaders on cancelation and soft liability decisions Review cancellation budget Capacity Planning: Rollup and review of topside projections Strategize opportunity for dual sourcing to release bottle necks or mitigate risk Engage with RM manager for high volume capacity planning and order placement strategy In conjunction with regional leads monitor and manage capacity for individual vendors on an as needed basis Engage with vendors directly to prioritize and facilitate smoothing out bottle necks in capacity Production Planning: Manage topside view of commitment timing, highlighting opportunities for negotiation Lead & align with regional partners on key milestone dates (Global Calendar) With region, identify calendar bottlenecks and create action plan for resolution Guide team and drive resolution on late development asks, off cadence calendar needs, and risk callouts Negotiate road blocks with design, raw materials, region and PD partners & collaborate on solves.
