Production Manager, Men's, HYBRID

Location: Hawthorne, NY or Detroit, MI (Hybrid) Overview: Be part of a growing lifestyle brand as we build out our Production team. This role is highly collaborative and you will partner directly  with Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Planning & Logistics, Sales Executives, and Marketing. Responsibilities: Build and maintain seasonal production plans and line sheets to align with design assortment Setup style numbers and color codes Monitor and track status of fabric, prototype and PPS approvals Drive adherence to Product Development Calendar milestones and OTB deadlines for production Order all SMS and fabric swatches to be completed in time for internal sales meeting and market  appointments Compile, analyze, and negotiate all factory costing in order to meet or exceed financial targets Partner with Planning team on seasonal buys and issue Purchase Orders to vendors for all stock goods Lead weekly WIP calls with internal partners and external factories to drive issue resolution Maintain current production status (including x-factory and ETA dates) within internal production plan and  ERP system Partner with Design, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to launch production for Special Projects  –including product for events as well as customized account orders Engage with domestic vendors for special projects as needed Continuously work to reduce lead times and improve the speed and agility of the inbound supply chain Perks: Startup mentality with a causal, fun, work hard, play hard culture The opportunity to experience and personally drive exponential growth for the company Employees are valued and treated as the company’s greatest investment We are not following the standard corporate fashion mold through innovative thinking, breaking  down hierarchies to build a more dynamic productive environment Employee discount Full Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits Key attributes: BA Degree 5-10 years of apparel production experience Basic understanding of garment construction as well as technical knowledge of production Understanding of fabric types and costing requirements for garments Experience with ERP (such as Apparel Magic, Blue Cherry, Net Suite) and PLM systems Experience in Air Table and Adobe XD preferred Strong Excel skills Must be proactive, able to problem-solve independently, and possess ability to meet tight  deadlines Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to adapt to highly entrepreneurial environment and respond to changes quickly Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams
