Production Manager for Fashion Accessories

Job Title: Production Manager –Disney Apparel Reports to: Head of Operations / Director of Production We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process for fashion accessories. Production Tracking & ReportingMonitor the progress of production orders and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.Maintain and track production orders Identify and resolve production delays or issues proactively Degree in related field or relevant work experienceExperience working with the Disney account is a plusMinimum of 3 years Production experienceSolid understanding of the fashion production cycle and timelinesExperience working with overseas factories and navigating import/export logisticsProficient in Excel and production management software (e.g., PLM systems).Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a sense of urgencyExperience with ERP platformsKnowledge of sustainability practices / certifications a major plusStrong written and verbal communicationHYBRID work environment in Petaluma CaliforniaSalary commensurate with experience
