Production Manager - Fashion Accessories

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process for fashion accessories including (but not limited to) bags, headwear, and cold weather products. The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion manufacturing, strong vendor management skills, and a keen eye for quality and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Production Planning & Scheduling • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet seasonal launch dates and order deadlines. • Coordinate with design, sourcing, and merchandising teams to align production with seasonal collections • Cost Management • Negotiate costing with vendor partners • Look for ways to optimize cost without compromising quality or timelines.
