PRODUCTION MANAGER

The culture remains one of entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork. We are looking for a strong Production Manager to lead and execute the manufacturing of orders with overseas partners. There will be very little oversight in this role so we need someone that has the experience and drive to manage themselves successfully. The main objective is for constant production management to insure ALL our orders are to ship correctly and on time. Oversee all of production, implement processes to manage 50 million of production Review orders from customers / check for accuracy Create SKUS and Factory Purchase Orders in PLM and send to factories Direct all production shipping guidelines to the factory such as Carton Marking, Labeling, UCC Labels Manage and submit all “testing requests” as required by customers through BV or One Source Monitor TNA of styles Receive DHL production samples from overseas, check, photograph, log, and review Constant review with PD/Sales/Design Team all approvals i.e., dips/strike-offs/trims Communicate approvals/rejections to overseas teams by detailed photos down to the intricate details Monitor status of fit approvals with Tech Design Team; communication with customer on fit status Checking of lab dips, strike offs, pp samples, filing any necessary accessories etc.
