Production Inventory, Returns, and Repair Coordinator

What the Position is About: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and hardworking individual to join our Production team here at JENNY YOO COLLECTION. The Inventory Clerk will work with the Production team to oversee and manage inventory housed in our bulk, damaged and Sample Sale item warehouses. Sales and Shipping) of recut order lead time, ETAs and new shipping instructions Update recut request orders to the Recut Tracking Chart Clear inspection of all recut dresses prior to shipping Coordinate with In-House Sewing team members for inhouse repairable Monitor and update In-House sewing schedule accordingly Manage Transfer in and out of Damage Warehouse in ERP system Accurate documentation on items assigned to Sample Sale Warehouse Proactive problem identification and solving skills. Advanced knowledge in Excel Ability to prioritize, handle multiple assignments, excellent follow-up and follow through skills Strong analytical Skills Attention to detail and data accuracy Provide customer service to internal departments.
