Production Data Administrator

PISTOLA is a Los Angeles based denim lifestyle brand. Role Overview: Reporting to Production Manager, the individual will help ensure that all data and Production purchase orders are correctly recorded and communicated to vendors, which includes data entry, maintenance, and update of purchase orders on our ERP system. Responsibilities: PO, Style master, Cost sheet entry, management, and maintenance Issue and maintain purchase orders to vendors and contractors Management samples: Receiving, logging samples Manage approval of UPC, care label layouts and packing instructions to factories to ensure standards are being followed and met Assist with TOP Sample coordination (receiving and distribution amount internal teams) Review and approve packing list for incoming WIP Any other duties may be assigned by manager Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of data management and entry experience is a must Knowledge in, Excel and Outlook, Gmail needed Excellent verbal and written communicator
