Key Responsibilities : Work closely with vendors, corresponding, approvals, requesting samples, sending Order Commit, POs & confirming ship dates. Understand and input vendor's compliance guidelines, standards, and requirements Managing production and inventory spreadsheets, T&A & delivery schedules. Following up with factories to obtain tracking numbers, delivery dates, production samples, and bulk production updates Collaborate with the teams & suppliers by gathering preclass chart for all adopted styles and communicating it within the required time frame. Work with the Sales team on projections, size breaks, tickets, and system item definition Attending PP/TOP fitting to process product correctly Monitor WIP deliveries and factory performance on a seasonal stock basis to ensure the timely delivery of the product.
