We are a fast-paced apparel manufacturing company in Downtown Los Angeles looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Production Coordinator to help run day-to-day operations across cutting, sewing, printing, and finishing.
This is not a passive desk job. You will be on the floor, in the action, making sure production moves, deadlines are hit, and clients stay happy.

What You’ll Be Doing
Act as the bridge between departments (cutting, sewing, printing, QC, finishing)
Track all orders and make sure deadlines are hit
Follow up with teams on production status daily
Communicate with clients: updates, issues, timelines
Manage emails, POs, and order tracking
Support printing and production teams to maintain quality standards
Solve problems fast when things go wrong (because they will)

Bilangual is plus English and Spanish
