The role will focus on Production (not Product development). This is an hourly position. Responsibilities The Production Coordinator is responsible managing product execution from concept, production to goods ex-factory. Resolve and lead through any execution conflicts or exceptions in sample delivery and development. Communicate with forwarder/3PL to track overseas shipment Facilitate and track lab dip approvals and bulk fabric approval completed by design team Attend fitting; work with technical design to track fitting and approval status to ensure fit approval on time as per calendar needed Track fabric testing and garment testing reports with factories Process and generate UCC labels to factories by collaborating with factories and EDI provider Call out to manager on weekly basis for any potential production delays Generate and maintain weekly production WIP report for cross functional team and senior management Check and approve commercial invoices from factories and forwarders Check and approve units and price on custom invoices and ensure duty are applied correctly Handle new factory set up process and manage Factory Social Compliance to get new vendors approved and to ensure that current vendors’ factories are operating according to acceptable standards.
