Production Coordinator - Contemporary

Production Coordinator Contemporary Act as liaison between overseas factories, development, tech team and sales including follow-up communication. Manage production timeline based on yearly calendar releases Attend production meetings with the most up to date status of each production stage. Filter up to Production manager relevant updates, sharing challenges and delays so that issues can be resolved in timely manner Create, track, and maintain WIP report with the most up to date data (including but not limited to lap dips, strike offs, fabrics, trims, accessories, care labels, pre-production sample & TOP sample approval) Follow up, communicate, and secure Fast track/late add styles with urgency Must be able to work at fast -paced, deadline driven environment Ability to multitask and prioritize Must show attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, a good attitude and overall enthusiasm Work with cross functional teams to make sure line handover to production and factory has been completed successfully (BOM, Fabric, Pattern, SMS, Trims...)
