Production Coordinator

Shipping status, updates, delays, new/existing procedures, and document discrepancies.• Work closely with the Import team on shipment clearances.• Manage Delay Notification Report• Assist Production managers with WIP reports.• Manage Letters of Authorization for Vendors• Manage UPC sticker French translations using current database.• Assist production Managers with DC inspection Reports.• Assist production Managers with special projects.• Manage procedures/guidelines related to UPC and carton markings, payment terms, delay notifications, chargebacks.• Manage shipping and receiving for seasonal Samples.• Work with the Import team and the Warehouse on receiving discrepancies.• Manage all international and Domestic receiving discrepancies for resolution.• Work with Imports and Finance team on chargebacks.• Work with Finance department on cost discrepancies, payment status and deadlines for International and Domestic vendors for the US and Canada.• Manage Open Statement Report for all the vendors.• Work with Production managers on Production Shortages/Overages• Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations.
