PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

A well known fashion brand is looking for a temp to hire Production Coordinator located in Downtown LA. You will bring support to the Production Team and various assigned tasks. Responsibilities: Run errands as needed Enter BOM’s (knowledge of BOM’s) Familiar with ERP system (preferably Apparel Magic) Intermediate knowledge of Excel Knowledge of spec measurements Fast learner; self-starter Knowledge of WIP Report and update on WIP as needed Maintain sample inventory and fulfill any requests for samples to be sent out Prepare documents as needed tickets, purchase orders Assist with preparing for fittings Willing to learn, take direction, and great problem solver Assist in maintaining trim inventory Assist In monitoring time in action calendar Knowledge of production and pre-production process Daily data entry Assist in checking quality control on production garments and fabrics Assist in organizing orders for each season Assist in verifying purchase order accuracy Familiarity with creating Tech Packs is helpful, but not required Assist in any tasks needed to keep the department running efficiently Maintain organization of stored fit samples & fabric swatch libraries Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or a combination related education and work experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Garment production &/or production experience preferred Analytical, multitasking, problem solving, and project management skills Expert knowledge & proficiency with MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams as needed Ability to thrive in a fast paced and constantly changing environment Ability to learn new computer programs quickly Please submit your resume for consideration to this role!
