Production Coordinator

We are looking for a team oriented and knowledgeable Production Coordinator to join as a core of our Brand. • Communicate with vendors/factories daily to ensure production sample delivery, development items, shipping documents, care label approval, and cost inquired are completed accurately and on-time • Own purchase order creation, item, barcode info and update style master logs • Work with logistics and order master sheet to update freight cost changes • Create WIP report on a weekly basis styles from development to production status through final delivery into our warehouse • Notify inventory and marketing team on new or delayed shipments • Ensure data accuracy against cost, payment, and production deadlines • Perform database administration including uploading, logging, & tracking. Able to solve issue with production to avoid moving out delivery date.
