Accessory Company in NYC seeks hands-on full-time Production Coordinator responsible for assisting in the production process from start to finish and being a liaison between departments such as: Design, Sales, Shipping, Order Processing, Warehouse, Accounting, and Overseas (Factory) pricing and Production. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist the Production Manager with day-to-day duties Emailing and organizing communication to overseas manufacturers Assisting in handling of orders, data entry, etc. into system Organizing and reviewing TOP’s, PP samples, etc with design team Preparing detail sheets to overseas manufacturers, as well as confirming details upon sample arrival Monitoring and organizing design samples, showroom samples, and production samples Reviewing Vendor Manuals and provide instructions to overseas manufacturers Monitoring WIP reports, and deliveries from overseas. Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary Be self-reliant, self-reflective and self-empowering in our entrepreneurial environment Work with design and assist in sourcing new fabrication and trends in the market Demonstrate experience in fabrics and yarns and varying qualities, manipulations, and construction. Very proficient in Microsoft programs, especially Excel Analytical and very organized Fast worker, always putting forth best effort Good communicator and team player Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Production preferably accessories Sourcing Experience – Big Plus Please email a copy of your resume with your salary requirements.
