Production Associate

A New York City apparel company seeks an experienced, organized person to join our production team and manage the production of cut and sew kids’ & men’s clothing. The Production Associate will coordinate with our factories overseas from our offices in New York, especially in Vietnam, and with our Production Manager. They will follow up on production in those factories, and assist in supervising the supply chain as garments are produced, shipped, and delivered. This job requires excellent attention to detail, consistency in follow-ups, and extensive communication skills. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Communicating with overseas factories Communicating with the Production Manager Creating and maintaining spreadsheets Overseeing supply and fulfillment Cross-communication between departments Qualifications: 2 years experience preferred, not required.
