Production Assistant

Great lifestyle brand is looking for a Production Assistant to join their team! You’ll be assisting the Production team with daily tasks and samples coordinating. Responsibilities: Organize, log, and track samples received daily Maintain and organize samples in storage room and racks for multiple brands Manage multiple brands on WIP and sample tracking reports Collect and send out design and fit comments daily Implement corrections for constantly occurring production and design issues Assist managing e-commerce samples for photoshoot samples Support sales team with product info and customer requests Create shipping labels and packing list Check price tickets and tags and callout errors to vendors Check fit status and create fitting list accordingly for fitting sessions Communicate with designers and collect sample comments without delay Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent required Minimum 1–2-year production/wholesale internship experience Excellent organizational, time management and detail-oriented skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel Ability to work well in a teamwork-oriented environment and have strong communication skill Ability to work in fast paced environment and be efficient
