Production Assistant This position will entail but not be limited to the following responsibilities: Coordinate the issuing and follow up of related Manufacturing Purchase Orders (CPOS and FGPOS). Coordinate with EDI Department to send out UPC information Track, receive, and log all inbound and outbound packages to ensure they are passed to appropriate parties in a timely manner. Create, update (with import team and logistics) and distribute weekly shipping reports. Assist with overseeing all Time and Action calendars and WIP/PSR reports related to assigned Product Lines. Daily communication with overseas offices regarding all buys and associated deadlines.
