Specific Responsibilities Update as necessary, the merch recap (and eventually PLM Product Lifecycle Management system) for information related to the styles for their category Work with design and surface teams to ensure all work is being done as required for each style in their category Sample Management: Enter and place sample purchase orders for all locations Coordinate with factories on sample requirements (how many samples to produced, how to ship, where to ship, ect) Generate and distribute UPC reports and labels Check in and scan into A2000 samples received in the US Coordinate distributor sample needs and requirements to ensure timely receipt of their samples Update excel charts with tracking, eta dates, receipts, ect. Skills and Requirements Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous. Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques.
