Product Manager - Fashion Experience

• *Job Title:** Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) We help all families discover the joy of everyday life by providing an incredible guest experience. A Style Consultant is passionate about strong operations, meeting guests' needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room. The role includes: • Providing exceptional customer service and supporting a guest first culture across the store • Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, and pricing strategies • Industry trends including style, seasonality, and brand differentiation • Maintaining a visually appealing store environment and ensuring merchandise is accurately priced and signed A typical day will include: • Driving sales and delivering a guest-ready floorpad by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings • Leveraging store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership, and using that information to solve and support guest needs • Maintaining product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills and manual fills • Executing and maintaining backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment and guest requests • *Requirements include: • A welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members • Effective communication skills • Ability to work both independently and with a team • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
