As part of the Global Product organization, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to be the product owner for the Data Products team. This role will involve working with Internet-scale data across numerous product and customer touch points to drive initiatives that will make our customer data more streamlined and productive. Responsibilities \- This position will be responsible to drive data strategy and assist in the definition, design and delivery of global consumer experiences around data like personalization, identifying data needs and sources, build analytics tools/systems, prioritize data ingestion and related API's/services \- Define requirements across product, analytics, engineering, and performance marketing to craft a suite of data tools and projects-including data processing engines, experimentation framework, and data visualization and dashboard tools \- Be a subject matter expert and use domain knowledge to identify opportunities through both tactical projects and long term strategic vision \- Set ambitious goals for quality, reliability, and impact of the data ecosystem \- Gather and combine feedback from internal metrics and user studies to continuously improve \- Lead instrumentation and dataset creation efforts collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data Engineering and Privacy teams Proficient in SQL languages, Python, R, required \- We seek significant Knowledge of data pipeline design, with an understanding of integration and data transformation best practices \- Experience with dataset design and specification creation, including projections, aggregates and reference tables \- Perform root cause and impact analysis to investigate data issues and make recommendations for potential solutions \- Leadership skills to influence partners and see projects through to timely completion in an agile environment \- Familiarity with web analytics and marketing optimization preferred; previous experience with instrumentation and A/B testing a plus \- Ability to work some flexible hours due to varying time zones and regions \- Migrate/induct/enrich data from production into downstream data warehousing environments for consumption by analytics tools and products, data scientists, and analysts \- Work with privacy, engineering & data engineering teams to understand business processes and co-develop data requirements, instrumentation, aggregation, and induction for new and existing feature \- Perform ad-hoc analytics on new metrics and datasets to troubleshoot and resolve issues \- Document and enter user stories in Jira and assist in story point analyses \- Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing of functional and user facing requirements.
