We are looking for a Cart and Checkout Product Owner to join our Global eCommerce Site Experience team. You have experience in product ownership in a customer-facing eCommerce site experience in Cart and Checkout. About the Job \- Support the DTC and Digital Site team in building the strategy of improving the online customer experience (through improving functionality, reducing friction, and creating a seamless experience across systems) \- Achieve metric improvement for the lower funnel (each step in the checkout funnel) \- Develop roadmap strategy for lower funnel and multiple other checkout and payment related projects \- As part of the eCommerce Digital Site team, you will oversee the end-to-end checkout site experience \- Evaluate functionality and improvement to achieve conversion goals and ensuring project execution and delivery \- Conduct competitor bench-marking and consumer insight studies to better understand customer problems across Cart and Checkout then use this information to build product strategy on improving the experience \- Create product roadmap for checkout including working with business for any new vendor selections and implementations in essential markets: America, Europe, and Canada \- Provide Support for all existing checkout and payment providers and capabilities \- Provide new payment methods and expand the current portfolio of payments for our online and offline experiences \- Research payments globally to help guide the payment strategy at LS&Co. \- Bachelor's Degree \- 4 years of experience in product management, business development, management consulting \- 2+ years of experience managing the checkout funnel or a part of the checkout funnel \- Usability and customer-focused design experience \- Data-driven with analytical abilities to identify opportunities and drive ROI analysis \- Experience working with engineers and partners to establish, scope, and prioritize product requirements \- Experience working with and managing external vendors \- Experience proposing and monitoring A/B testing \- Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members \- Have developed customer experiences that create customer and value \- Experience with Mobile Product Management \- Experience with software product backlog management and prioritization of user stories
