We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Eddie Bauer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and performance of key digital products and capabilities for the Eddie Bauer eCommerce business. Education/Experience Required: Strong project management skills managing multiple large projects with agile product management experience High level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity Ability to put team before self and be energetically collaborative Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) with ability to deliver impactful presentations to all levels of the organization Comfortable in a highly-matrixed, iterative development environment Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
