PRODUCT INTEGRITY MANAGER

We are looking for a person that has a background in Quality and Testing. We are looking for 5+ years of experience. We are looking for a Product Integrity Manager to oversee the daily quality operations and continue to uphold the strong reputation for Quality, Durability, and Value that our customers have come to expect. Manage the Quality Operations teams (Auditing/Returns/Repairs) through day-to-day challenges and identify ways to help improve their efficiency Manage Quality Operations metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with company growth strategy Identify tools or equipment necessary to improve quality and product integrity Connect with relevant industry groups such as the American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA) to stay up to date on industry challenges and the regulatory landscape Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred in textile or related engineering, or a combination of equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in an apparel or textile technical role Experience in a management/supervisory role is a plus Knowledge of textile/apparel manufacturing processes, testing and quality assurance techniques Familiarity with product inspection techniques, AQL sampling Experience with advanced excel techniques, Power BI, Tableau or related programs Experience with product safety regulations and testing methods, ASTM, EN, ISO, AATCC, and translating into internal requirements Strong problem-solving skills Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, up to 20% All Candidates must be able to provide work related references.
