PRODUCT INTEGRITY AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Overview The Manager of Product Integrity and Regulatory Compliance  will oversee the Product Integrity and Regulatory Compliance program for the SPARC Lifestyle Brands (Aéropostale, Lucky Brand, Nautica and Reebok) by ensuring that day-to-day requests, challenges, issues, and program requirements are handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Partners cross-functionally with SPARC Lifestyle Brands Sourcing, Production, Technical Design, Legal, Merchandising, Wholesale, and Customer Service teams to address regulatory and compliance issues across all product categories. Product Integrity Program Management ·       Monitors Product Testing and Regulatory compliance programs related to design properties, end-use, product safety, and government regulations. ·       Manages all aspects of product integrity, safety, and regulatory requirements for apparel and all accessories, including jewelry, footwear, athleticwear etc. Motivated self-starter with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
